Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GoboVault (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, DodoPayments. DodoPayments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. DodoPayments handles all customer service inquiries regarding payments, tax compliance (VAT/GST), and processes returns or refunds on our behalf.

3. License to Use

GoboVault provides a curated library of lighting projection textures ("gobos"). Upon purchasing Lifetime Pro or accessing our free tier, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use these assets in your personal and commercial projects (including but not limited to short films, architectural visualizations, advertisements, and music videos).

However, the following restriction strictly applies: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer the raw asset files (PNGs, etc.) to any third party, either individually or as part of a standalone library, texture pack, or asset collection.

4. Disclaimer on Copyright of AI-Generated Images

GoboVault acknowledges that under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance, purely AI-generated images lack the human authorship necessary to qualify for copyright protection. GoboVault does not claim traditional copyright ownership over the individual AI-generated images comprising the library.

The one-time fee you pay is for access to and use of our Service — which includes the curation, formatting, tagging, hosting, CDN delivery, and Blender integration logic of the library, rather than purchasing ownership rights to the underlying images themselves. You agree to the restriction on raw file redistribution as a condition of accessing our Service and curation.

5. Lifetime Purchase

GoboVault Pro is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the library and future updates. There are no recurring fees. If you delete your account, your access to the Pro tier will be permanently revoked.

6. Refunds

All purchases are final. Because we offer a free tier allowing you to evaluate 25 gobos before buying, and because access to the full Pro library is granted instantly, we do not offer refunds. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
