Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final. Because you can try 25 gobos for free before buying and access is granted instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds.
Exceptions & Account Revocation
If a chargeback or dispute is involuntarily filed, your Pro access will be revoked immediately. In the rare event an admin grants an explicit manual refund, your access to the Pro tier and any accumulated referral credits will be instantly voided.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by DodoPayments, our merchant of record. DodoPayments handles all tax compliance (VAT/GST) and processes payments on our behalf.
