No Refunds After Trial Period

Because we offer a free trial period (7 or 14 days depending on referral status) for you to evaluate GoboVault before being charged, all subscription payments are strictly non-refundable once billed. Please ensure you cancel your subscription before your trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.

Exceptions & Account Revocation

If a chargeback or dispute is filed, your Pro access will be revoked immediately. In the rare event an admin grants an explicit manual refund, your access to the Pro tier and any accumulated referral credits will be instantly voided.

Recurring Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you won't be charged again.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by DodoPayments, our merchant of record. DodoPayments handles all tax compliance (VAT/GST) and processes refunds on our behalf.
