1. Information We Collect

When you use GoboVault, we collect the minimal amount of data necessary to provide our service:

• Email Address: Used for secure passwordless login (OTP) and account identification.
• Usage Data: We track which gobos you download or favorite to improve our library and provide personalized recommendations.
• Payment Metadata: When you upgrade to Pro, we store subscription status and billing interval. We do not store or process your raw credit card data.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate GoboVault. These providers only access data necessary to perform their functions:

• DodoPayments: Acts as our Merchant of Record. They process all payments, handle taxes (VAT/GST), and securely store your billing information.
• Postmark: Delivers our login OTP emails.
• ImageKit: Our CDN provider. They deliver the high-resolution gobo textures to your Blender instance or browser.
• Vercel & PostgreSQL: Hosts our application and securely stores our database.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You have the right to request full deletion of your data at any time. To request account deletion, please email hello@gobovault.app. We will process your request within 7 days, which will permanently remove your email, favorites, and download history from our servers.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies strictly to maintain your session (keeping you logged in). We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
